At Teecreativa, we are committed to delivering top-quality custom apparel and ensuring your satisfaction with every order. While we do not accept returns for change of mind, we support returns for both defective and non-defective items under clearly defined conditions.


1. Returns

All items on Teecreativa.com are custom-printed on demand. Therefore, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

✔ We Accept Returns If:

  • The item is defective (damaged, misprinted, or incorrect).
  • You changed your mind but the product remains unused, unwashed, and in brand-new condition with original packaging and tags.

❌ We Do Not Accept Returns If:

  • The item has been worn, washed, stained, or shows signs of use.
  • You return an item without receiving prior approval via our customer support.
  • The return is made after 30 days from the date the item was marked as delivered.
  • The item was purchased on clearance, final sale, or promotional pricing.

⏳ Return Window:

  • Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

📦 Return Method:

  • Returns are handled by mail only.
  • We provide a free return shipping label included in the package or upon request.

💰 Return Fees:

  • No additional return fees will be charged.
  • Customers are not required to return defective items unless instructed otherwise.

2. Refunds

You may request a refund or replacement if your item falls under the following issues:

  • Blurry, faded, or low-quality printing
  • Misaligned or misplaced design
  • Product is significantly different from the description or preview
  • Wrong item, size, or color received
  • Item damaged during shipping
  • Non-defective item returned in brand-new condition within the allowed window

  • Clear photos of the item’s defect or damage
  • Images showing size labels, color discrepancies, or misprints
  • A photo of the shipping label

Our support team will review your claim within 1–2 business days and confirm whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.

💳 Refund Method:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return.

3. Replacements & Exchanges

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will send a free replacement at no cost to you.
  • We do not offer replacements for incorrect size or color selection due to customer error.
  • Please refer to our size guide before ordering to ensure accuracy.

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

We understand that mistakes happen.

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours or once the order has shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.
  • If you received a defective item after this time window, our 30-day quality guarantee still applies.

5. Additional Notes

  • Errors in shipping address input by the customer are not covered by this return policy.
  • Missed deliveries, refused parcels, or unclaimed packages may be subject to return shipping costs.
